1. Appointments & Booking Fees
To secure your appointment and allow us to prepare a personalised experience just for you, we ask for a small booking fee. This fee is non-refundable, as it reserves dedicated time in our studio.
We completely understand that plans can change, so your appointment can be rescheduled or transferred with at least 7 days’ notice. For late cancellations or missed appointments, the fee will be retained.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that any changes to your appointment are made at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another bride.
Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of your appointment may result in the loss of your booking fee.
3. Orders & Payments
All wedding dresses are made-to-order specifically for each bride unless otherwise stated.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
The remaining 50% balance is due once your gown is complete and ready for dispatch from the designer.
Full payment must be received before the gown is shipped to Studio 41 Bridal.
We will notify you as soon as your gown is ready for final payment.
4. Production & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and may be subject to change. While we work closely with our designers to ensure timelines are met, Studio 41 Bridal cannot be held responsible for delays caused by designers or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Delivery timelines do not affect the agreed payment terms.
5. Sizing & Alterations
All gowns are ordered in standard designer sizes. Measurements are taken with care, but alterations are almost always required to achieve the perfect fit.
Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. We are happy to recommend a trusted, experienced seamstress who carries out fittings on-site for convenience. However, all alteration services are provided independently, and any agreement or payment is made directly between the bride and the seamstress.
Studio 41 Bridal is not responsible for any alterations carried out or the outcome of such work.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Sample sale dresses are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We strongly encourage all brides to carefully inspect their gown before purchase.
7. Dress Collection
Once your gown has arrived and passed our quality checks, you will be notified to arrange your collection or fitting appointment.
Gowns will only be released once full payment has been received.
We kindly ask that all dresses are collected within 14 days of notification unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability & Care
While every care is taken to ensure your gown is handled and stored safely while in our studio, Studio 41 Bridal cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays outside of our control.
Upon collection, brides are asked to inspect their gown and confirm they are happy with its condition. Once the dress has been collected, responsibility transfers to the bride.
We recommend arranging appropriate insurance for your gown following collection.
9. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price agreed at the time of ordering will be honoured for your purchase.
